Which types of bikes do you hire?
All our bikes are comfortable, high quality hybrid bikes with 24 gears and puncture-resistant tyres – built right here in Bristol! They are suitable for gentle off-road use (such as gravel or towpath). They are not suitable for mountain biking or road racing. We do not have children’s bikes or trailer-bikes available.
For mountain bike hire in Bristol, try Blackboy Hill Cycles or Pedal Progression in Ashton Court. For road bike (racing bike) hire, try Business as Usual or Webbs of Warmley between Bristol and Bath. For tandems, contact Bristol Tandem Hire.
How do I pre-book a hire bike?

What deposit is required?
We require a valid, current passport, official ID card, or photo-card driving licence as security, which we will return to you when you bring back the bike(s). If you cannot leave one of the above with us, you can pay a £450 deposit (per bike) in cash if you prefer, which we will keep in our safe and refund to you when you return the bike(s) in good, undamaged condition.
